Prices are subject to change without notice.
Stone products are a natural product and subject to the natural variances in color, size and quantity.
Breakage up to 5% is considered normal with natural stone products.
All quotes by Semco Outdoor are approximate amounts based on measurements given by the customer. We are not liable for any shortages or overages of material based on our quotes.
Prices do not include templates, patterns or engineering unless otherwise indicated.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. After 30 days project and/or material may need to be requoted.
Special order or non-stock material - 50% non-refundable deposit prior to material being fabricated - NO RETURNS.
Warranty Policy: All products with warranties must be returned with a copy of the original invoice.
Please call for current freight rates. Freight rates will include any fuel surcharges.
Please Note: Rate includes 30 min unload time at site, extended time is subject to an additional fee.
Discrepancies / Damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Accepted Payment Options: Cash, Check, Credit Card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa).
Return Policy: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Discontinued material is not able to be returned. No returns after 30 days. Original receipt is required. A freight rate applies to any picked up returned material from jobsite.
Accounts without copies of proper tax exemption certificates on file will be assessed applicable taxes.
